With the personal attention I give to each of my clients, I’m able to develop a unique, strategic training program for each client, based on their individual strengths, goals and fitness levels. I have a large range of clients, from competitive athletes, to retired seniors, to business executives, to teens. In my studio, I focus on strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and agility. I also work with many people that have or have had an injury. My vast knowledge of the human body helps me to strengthen the area of injury in a safe and pain-free way. There is no greater joy than watching one of my clients strive and achieve a goal.
In addition to the physical aspect of my personal training, I also focus on nutrition with my clients. Health is a combination of physical fitness and nutrition. In my opinion, physical fitness compliments a healthy diet. As a certified nutritionist, I will work with you to devise a meal plan specific to your needs.
Many of the clients I work with are long-term clients achieved by referral. Those who have worked with me, achieve results and keep coming back. You won’t feel like you’re doing the same routine over and over again. I keep it fresh, I keep it challenging and you will see results.

Fitness saved my life. It sounds cliche’, but completely true.
I spent the majority of my life battling severe depression. I overate everything, drank too much, and smoked two packs of cigarettes a day to cope. At that time, health and longevity were the last things on my mind.
In 2014 I hit rock bottom. I had to find a better way to overcome what was holding me back. I needed to feel good, not just physically but mentally too. I looked down at the scale, unable to see my toes, and saw the number 262. I thought being healthy was going to be impossible, but I knew I had to make a change.
The first thing I did was throw away all the alcohol and cigarettes. I no longer had any excuse and I needed to take the initiative now rather than later. I studied and researched everything that I could about nutrition and fitness, it became an obsession and I simply couldn’t get enough. I fought through injuries and depression time and time again, but I learned after each obstacle that I overcame I became even stronger!
Not just physically stronger, my mind began to grow and expand tremendously. With hard work and determination the weight came off and the depression stayed away. My obsession slowly evolved from a goal into a new way of life. As my passion for fitness grew I felt compelled to begin sharing my knowledge and experiences to help others change their lives and health forever. I received my certification in nutrition as well as personal training and continue to learn all that I can about health and fitness.
I understand the struggle, the hopelessness and simply feeling lost. I understand the frustration and guilt. I’ve lived through much of what my clients face and with that I’m able to better understand them and make a game plan so that we can accomplish those goals together. I have worked with clients of all ages and goals.
I also mentor youths, teaching them healthy hobbies, building their confidence and help guide them through the troubles of life. My biggest passion isn’t simply fitness but rather helping change peoples lives!
